How can I SHOW my car?

Register on-line using form below & submit at least 1 photo of your car

Once your car is approved, you will receive an approval email from VIVA EAST Car Show.

Print and bring this approval with you to the event.

Do I need to buy a wristband? YES.

To show a car you must purchase one of the following ticket types:

Saturday Car Show Only (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

SATURDAY IS THE MAIN CAR SHOW DAY - open to public from 10am - 6pm - $20 admission:

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE AT THE CAR SHOW?

The car show area will be ready for you to arrive as early as 8:00 a.m. on Thursday July 8, 2021

Feel free to arrive any time of the day on Friday July 9, 2021

Gates open as early as 7:00 a.m. ON SATURDAY July 10 and cars are to be in place by 10 a.m.
When do I need to leave the car show area on Sunday?

Can I move/drive my car DURING THE GIG?

Yes - no restrictions.
Is the car show family friendly?

Yes!

Kids under 12 are free.

The entire event is family friendly except burlesque - must be 21 & up for burlesque.
Is the car show dog friendly?

Yes, as long as your leashed dog, who is never left unattended, is also friendly to people and other doggies

Note: if you are staying at the Doubletree, they do charge a fee to allow pets in the room - call them for details
